Click Change (or Repair) and run the repair on the software. On>File>Account>Update Office>Update now. The only reason you may need to go to Office in Programs and Features is to repair Office. You Must have those details to sign into your office account. Note: Office 2013 is associated/linked to the Microsoft Account used to first install office onto your computer, that is, the email address and password to that account.
